Very good customer service
Ambient Comfort (Vineland) provided great customer support from initial contact via the phone to the actual service call at my home. They described their service model but also encouraged me to check with the builder (new home) for any service already covered for my Lennox gas furnace. The Ambient technician, John, was very patient, extremely informative and walked me through each step of the work he did, to ensure the "noise" I had previously heard was now resolved. It was on overall, very positive experience!! Thanks again!
