I used Ambient Comfort to install my new HVAC unit in May of 2025. I was very happy with how the quoting process went and how things were explained to me. I received four quotes and only two of the places explained this level of detail so make sure you at least allow Ambient Comfort to quote because you will at least get an education. In August they sent a tech out named Joe for a free checkup. Joe also took the time to answer questions and he even made a couple tweaks to enhance the function of the system. I am happy with my purchase. Anyone looking for a system replacement make sure you educate yourself during the quoting process. I think the education I received was worth a few hundred bucks in itself.

The team at Ambient Comfort were great. Anthony was super helpful. He gave me a few options and it wasn't a high pressure sale. Paul, John and Hipolito arrived promptly on the day of install. Their work was neat and they cleaned up after they were done. Kept me informed throughout the day on their progress. Totally happy with Ambient Comfort and their install.
