John was very professional and polite. He addressed the issue I've been having for a few weeks. He explained to me every step of the way what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend John and would not hesitate to use him again if needed.
I used Ambient Comfort to install my new HVAC unit in May of 2025. I was very happy with how the quoting process went and how things were explained to me. I received four quotes and only two of the places explained this level of detail so make sure you at least allow Ambient Comfort to quote because you will at least get an education. In August they sent a tech out named Joe for a free checkup. Joe also took the time to answer questions and he even made a couple tweaks to enhance the function of the system. I am happy with my purchase. Anyone looking for a system replacement make sure you educate yourself during the quoting process. I think the education I received was worth a few hundred bucks in itself.
