Eric at Ambient Comfort arrived promptly and was professional and efficient. He quickly evaluated our heater and made all the necessary adjustments. He explained all of the service plans that Ambient has. I had wanted to sign up for one and Eric helped me to do so. We're ready both the heating and cooling seasons. Highly recommended!

Dan was thorough and informative about my systems issues. Very pleased with the service. We are still in the process of getting things worked out but the visibility of how we are proceeding is appreciated and I am sure it will be resolved soon. Very trustworthy group of people.
