John was terrific! He gave me a 30 minute notice of when he would arrive at our home. He arrived promptly and within the time frame I was given when I scheduled my service. He serviced my heater pretty quickly. Then he checked our ductless air conditioners and found them to be dusty with a bit of mold growing inside. John was very professional in explaining the different levels of cleaning that could be done, without pressuring me. I am never disappointed with the level of service I receive from Ambiet Comfort.
