Great service provided. Issue was solved the day after reporting it. Customer service was available late to take my call. The only negative was how expensive it was.
Our house was cooking at 88 degrees with a broken AC. I called probably 20 companies and no one was available. Kids and pets were struggling. One company even cancelled their appointment after 8 hours of waiting. ???? We were desperate! A friend recommended Ambient Comfort and in less than an hour, John had our AC back on and running! Super nice guy! We couldn't be more thankful!
Our AC started leaking from the second floor of our condo so we needed work done quickly. The unit was end of life so we were prepared to replace most of it. Rob came out and provided me detailed information on what options we have. He answered all our questions. With the information and his expertise I felt confident in the decision we made. They came out promptly and were very professional. The unit works great and the work done was expert level. Very happy with my choice to use Ambient Comfort. Thank you!
