Called last minute, late at night when residential AC stopped running during a heatwave. Real person answered the phone asked a few questions and book for next day. Since this was in the middle of a heatwave I was shocked by the quick response to my call. He came out, diagnosed the problem, repaired on the spot , then checked freon level and other common issues. He was fast, polite, through and cleaned up after himself. On such a hot hot day I was pleased by his kindness and wonderful smile. I do recommend this company for your needs. Excellent customer service. I called at 8:00 a.m and a technician arrived at the
Office by 11:00 a.m. The price was resonable for a last min service call in the middle of a heat wave.
Came fast. So far ac is back up and running. Nachell is Extremely friendly and went above and beyond.
Working with Ambient Comfort was a great experience. The owner Anthony worked with us to find the right air conditioner for our house, gave us information about rebates, three different quotes for different units. When it came time to install his employees were great. Made sure to lay covers on our floors, talked with us though the whole process, which was about 7 hours. They were very polite and respectful and even played with our dogs. The whole process from beginning to end was amazing, we can not thank Anthony and his team for all their hard work!
