The whole team at Ambient Comfort was great. From Kevin Stupp coming out and giving us the estimate and layout for our Samsung mini split system, to Hipolito R., Paul R., Vincenzo B. and Tyler B. Who were the install crew. The crew were very neat and covered the floor to prevent any damage. They were very quick and knowledgeable in their work, and were friendly and professional in any conversation. The system looks great and has performed very well.
We are glad we chose them for this project and happy to support a local company to boot! Bigger is not always better!

Friendly service, excellent communication prior to and during the service appointment.
After trying to have it serviced and no one been able to, Anthony came in and fixed the exhaust fan with no problems. We are very grateful for his assistance. He was very friendly, explained what he was doing as he took care of the problem.
