The process was excellent. When you lose your heat on the coldest day of the year and someone is sent out as quickly as possible, it makes a difference. The team, Joe, who did the original inspection, George, who coordinated the finances and explained our options very clearly and John and Paul who did the installation were professional, friendly and very neat! I would highly recommend Ambient for you HVAC needs.
Our experience at The Dragon's Vault was wonderful. Daniel and Eric were professional and courteous, knowledgeable, and helped us understand the nature of the issue without making us feel stupid. We thank them both for their services!
Derek was courteous and serviced the heater accordingly. He spoke about a maintenance contract and provided the brochure with details.

Vinnie T, who was our technician, was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. In fact, we will be requesting that he is our technician going forward when needed
The Ambient Comfort team did an awesome job helping us upgrade our 30 year old oil boiler to a high efficiency gas boiler. Our house has a very complicated setup where the boiler supplies our domestic hot water, hot water coil and radiant floor heating tubes. Ryan, John and Kevin took great care making sure the new system ran efficiently, was designed with easy maintenance in mind and would last another 30 years. Shout out to George for providing amazing customer service through the entire process!

Vinnie from Ambient was on time, highly professional and competent, and thorough in his attention to detail and communications with me. I just purchased a new home and Vinnie's work in assessing, testing and servicing my equipment was superb. He was thoughtful and detailed in helping me set up an ongoing plan. Two thumbs up.
