The technician Michael R. was neat, professional & knowledgeable. Anthony exceeded my expectation of what a service call would be. He performed the all checks on my HVAC system with a "fine tooth comb" he determined that the capacitor on my air system was not performing as it should and replaced it, saving me the headache of the possibility of having problem in the middle of the summer. We were very extremely pleased when Ambient replaced the HVAC in our home in 2018. When we needed the HVAC in our secondary home replaced, we called Ambient. Brian, a very personable & knowledgable sales technician contacted us within an hour to discuss options and pricing. The next business day, Michael, the general manager whom we had interacted with in 2018, came to our home to assess our situation, take measurements and make recommendations. Installation occurred 1 week later! The wonderful technicians, Joe, Adam and Paul worked tirelessly to get our new system installed in less than 7 hours! Anthony came on a holiday weekend. Was very nice and knowledgeable. Had the part on the truck and had us up and running within an hour.
