I've had a tech come out twice so far and both times he was very polite, professional, and on time. He always asked before moving ahead with his work, like when needing to use the hose or needing to move through the house. I prepaid ahead with their membership program and feel like I've got my money's worth already. I got a nice discount on a part I needed and that the tech already had in his vehicle, so no need to return at a later date. The service reminders are also very helpful, especially for me as this is my first time having an HVAC system.
