phone call right away to get something scheduled. They were able to come the very next morning. Julian showed up on time and did a great job. Not over priced like some of the places out there. I would highly recommend Julian as well as Ambient Comfort!!

Called last minute, late at night when residential AC stopped running during a heatwave. Real person answered the phone asked a few questions and book for next day. Since this was in the middle of a heatwave I was shocked by the quick response to my call. He came out, diagnosed the problem, repaired on the spot , then checked freon level and other common issues. He was fast, polite, through and cleaned up after himself. On such a hot hot day I was pleased by his kindness and wonderful smile. I do recommend this company for your needs. Excellent customer service. I called at 8:00 a.m and a technician arrived at the
Office by 11:00 a.m. The price was resonable for a last min service call in the middle of a heat wave.
