Dealt with this company twice so far. Very knowledgable, they don't immediately try to sell new units, and when I called them to repair a heater that was broken they came out right away. Prices are also very reasonable.
Joe with Ambient did a great job looking at my heater after this week's storm. He is extremely knowledgeable about heat pumps, and went through and corrected the thermostat problems we were having
The two young men, Anthony and John just left. I could go on and on and on but I think I can say it very simply in a few words. They worked very very hard to get my heater on track. They are both to be commended, thank you for having these young men in your employ. They are definitely an asset to your company. They were also gentlemanly at all times. And, just an aside from me, my first husband, Eddie Gonzalez worked with Tony Gaetano senior, Quite a long while ago. I don't remember which company it was, but I do remember Tony Gaetano.
Richard and Ambient Comfort did a great job! They called before they arrived. They were careful to cover their feet to protect the floor from getting dirty. Richard was quick and efficient at the preventative maintenance service and filter replacement.
We received timely service. Even though it was New Year's Eve. The technician was pleasant. He was informative about what had caused the gas leak.
Ambient Comfort once again (this is our 3rd time using Ambient, previous 2 times were for HVAC replacement in two different houses) provided excellent high quality service at a reasonable price! Jose and Nick, the technicians expertly replaced our hot water heater, updated our gas valves and vent flue pipes, installed an expansion tank in a very tight space. Steve, service advisor, Kevin installation manager, Jackie in the office were all very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Ambient for restoring hot water to our home! We highly recommend Ambient for any HVAC and water heater needs!
