Very professional and prompt service. I have used Ambient Comfort for a number of heating and HVAC services and installations and have always been happy with their service, price and courteous, professional technicians.
Most recently a John J. visited my home to do a seasonal system maintenance checkup. He was quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful in explaining things as he completed each check. He even corrected a wiring problem with the thermostat that had prevented the system to perform optimally. Employees like John are what lead me to highly recommend calling Ambient Comfort when their services are needed.
Anthony and the team with Ambient Comfort have been great to work with from start to finish. Communication was always very high and professional, and Anthony was very quick to inform me of potential roadblocks as well as explain any of the "why" questions we had. I would highly recommend using Ambient for your installations.

I had a good experience with Ambient. It was easy to make an appointment. When I called, the agent gave me a general estimate for my Lennox thermostat replacement and informed me what the service charge would be. I received text message reminders for the appointment. I also received a call from the tech with an ETA. Both techs, John and Joe, were helpful. John helped me setup the app for my thermostat. They wore booties in the house. The techs came within the 4 hour timeframe that I was given. I will use them again and plan to use them for HVAC maintenance.
I would like to inform you that the technician " Richard " was extremely professional, as he was performing the maintenance service on my heater. The is the second time that he has completed service. Each time he has completed in a timely manner .
