They came out to my place and replaced my heater. Took care of EVERYTHING. The workers were GREAT and POLITE. When they left there was no sign of them having been here. Give them a call I SURE you'll be happy.Oh yeah I called at 5:00 A.M. and someone answer the phone. WOW
The HVAC system in our new-to-us 27 year old home was very noisy. Jason immediately diagnosed it (basically trash in the system & a plate that wasn't attached properly) & fixed it. Hard to believe how quiet it is now! Jason is personable & cared about making sure we had all our questions answered about the vents & general cooling.
I really like the system Ambient has before the appointment. We got a reminder, then a text with Jason's photo so we'd know who was coming, then Jason called to tell us he was on the way. That great communication is important! Thank you!
Ambient always delivers. ****************** was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He came out first thing in the morning, diagnosed our issue, and came back later that day to resolve everything after hours. Great service, and cannot recommend them enough.
Great work, professionalism and timeliness
"The air conditioning isn't working" is probably the worst thing you want to hear as the landlord of a summer rental down the shore. And that's exactly what happened to me this week, on what was probably the hottest day of the season so far. I called Ambient Comfort late on a Wednesday night, and they had a tech dispatched the very next day. Technician Anthony F called me when he was on the way, stayed in touch via text and quickly repaired our broken capacitor. The central air was blowing cold again (and my guests were happy) in less than 24 hours. You can't ask for better than that in the busy dead heat of summer. I will certainly use Ambient Comfort for all my future personal and business HVAC needs.
