From initial consultation, through sales, and installation, a very good company to do business with. Just had my HVAC installed, works great. Installation was smooth, the guys were very professional and responsive. They did a great job removing the old system and installing the new. I would recommend Ambient Comfort without hesitation.
Anthony and Lee came out to repair my AC on the hottest day of the year so far. They were knowledgeable and had the issue resolved quickly. Ambient Comfort always offers great service from the initial phone call/email on through to completion of whatever issue I have had. Their pricing is quite reasonable also. I am happy to be their customer.
Over the weekend my air conditioner was not blowing out cool air. First thing Momday morning i called the office and spoke to Keri Anne. She was very pleasant and professional. I was only available on Wednesday and she made sure they were able to accomodate me. On Wednesday Jason arrived on time and worked deligently until the issue was fixed. He was caring and knowledageble. I can not express how happy I am at the serivce and care Ambient Comfort provides.
The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have used Ambient Comfort several times to make repairs to my AC and heating systems. I highly recommend them.
