Quick fast service. John was great, patient and explained what he was doing. Big help.
John was great! Was very thorough in helping with what looks like pretty complex thermostat settings. Even though it was later in the day, he did not seem rushed and took a good deal of time Explaining the reasoning for the Chosen settings. Checked the equipment to make sure everything was running as it should. excellent service call!
Very good service. Joe, the tech, was reliable,efficient and courteous. His communication of the work done was clear and honest. Ambient Comfort was a good choice for service.
