Excellent young man. With good manners. Dont fint that often
I just started to work with Ambient Comfort a couple weeks ago and I am so impressed by the communication/responsiveness (#1 priority for me). I have been working with another heating/cooling company for the past 12 years in Avalon and feel they give me the run around. I had a specific incident where they had just come out to add more refrigerant to my unit but after I explained what was going on he said he was only there to check the pressure. I was frustrated after They left because things still were not correct. I got Ambient Comforts name from my sister. I called within minutes received a call back from Anthony (owner) and Chuck came out later that day to go over everything. He immediately found that my smaller unit wasn't even turning on and also found that my damper had shut. He took the time to figure out the problems and his attention to detail was great. Chuck also took the time to follow up via phone and text to make sure things were working properly. HIGHLY recommend. Please feel free to use me for a reference.
We love Tyler H! This was the second time he has been to our home on a maintenance call. He is very professional, through and takes the time to answer all our questions and concerns. We love Ambient Comfort, their customer service is excellent!
Both Anthony and Chuck were very nice professional and showed up when they said they would. They assessed our situation came up with a solution and now everything is perfect. I would highly recommend Ambient Comfort for all your HVAC needs. We have cancelled our other service contract and will be switching to Ambient.
The tech that serviced my account was Ray. He was patient with my many questions and took his time to answer them. He was professional and knowledgeable.
