They came out to my place and replaced my heater. Took care of EVERYTHING. The workers were GREAT and POLITE. When they left there was no sign of them having been here. Give them a call I SURE you'll be happy.Oh yeah I called at 5:00 A.M. and someone answer the phone. WOW
The HVAC system in our new-to-us 27 year old home was very noisy. Jason immediately diagnosed it (basically trash in the system & a plate that wasn't attached properly) & fixed it. Hard to believe how quiet it is now! Jason is personable & cared about making sure we had all our questions answered about the vents & general cooling.
I really like the system Ambient has before the appointment. We got a reminder, then a text with Jason's photo so we'd know who was coming, then Jason called to tell us he was on the way. That great communication is important! Thank you!
