From start to finish Ambient was awesome to work with. I was impressed with the sales department and the way they handled the estimate. Nothing to wait for. He gave me my choices and estimate right then. Paperwork done and installation scheduled. Installation was smooth. One day. Everything cleaned up and removed. Excellent company to work with.
I had covid in the middle of a heatwave and my air conditioner broke. I used my local town Facebook page for recommendations and called 3 of the most reputable based on the feedback. This was the ONLY company who actually had someone answer. Holly was so understanding and empathetic despite the challenge she sent a tech Anthony who really went above and beyond to fix this by texts and no contact I can not say enough good things about this company. The price was fair despite my health there was no upcharge for risks like another one gave me and they actually gave me advice to help me cut costs . I was blown away by the care and follow up even the supervisor checked in .
2 days later they called to follow up to make sure things were working smooth. This is the old fashion customer service and the kind buisness you want to support.

Late on a Thursday afternoon we noticed our AC was blowing warm air, of on course a record hot day. I called Ambient Comfort and received the the answering service. After a sort time to explain the message was sent. Within about 5 minutes Ray called me to discuss and set up a time. About a minute in the conversation Ray determined it may be a quick fix. Since we have a new born Ray was quick to volunteer to come out after hours himself because his on call techs were hung up on a job. Ray was friendly, knowledgeable and through. He replaced the bad part, explained the issue and had us up and running in know time. Ambient Comfort is a stellar family run business with great and caring employees. Thanks again Ray.

Ambient was great. *********************** took time to explain all the different Lennox models, the cost efficiencies of each brand and how to apply for financing. I did not experience any pressure to buy anything. After the discussion, I felt that I got all the information needed as a consumer to make an informed decision on the brand to apply.
