Came fast. So far ac is back up and running. Nachell is Extremely friendly and went above and beyond.
Working with Ambient Comfort was a great experience. The owner Anthony worked with us to find the right air conditioner for our house, gave us information about rebates, three different quotes for different units. When it came time to install his employees were great. Made sure to lay covers on our floors, talked with us though the whole process, which was about 7 hours. They were very polite and respectful and even played with our dogs. The whole process from beginning to end was amazing, we can not thank Anthony and his team for all their hard work!
The Ambient comfort team went above and beyond my expectations. We had one of our old A/C units go down a few weeks ago when it was so hot and within a few days they had not only given me a great price on both of my old systems (a/c and furnace) but were able to start immediately. It was a big job replacing both systems and their team was so professional. They put covers over all of the floors to prevent any mess, and their craftmanship and attention to detail was superb. Its nice when someone cares enough to not only install a system, but take enough time to make it look like a professional installed it.
The utility closet never looked so good. The owner followed up with me to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction....and it certainly was. I would not hesitate to use Ambient Comfort in the future, its a well run company and you can tell the owner is involved and cares which makes all the difference. Thank you!

Great service provided. Issue was solved the day after reporting it. Customer service was available late to take my call. The only negative was how expensive it was.
Our house was cooking at 88 degrees with a broken AC. I called probably 20 companies and no one was available. Kids and pets were struggling. One company even cancelled their appointment after 8 hours of waiting. ???? We were desperate! A friend recommended Ambient Comfort and in less than an hour, John had our AC back on and running! Super nice guy! We couldn't be more thankful!
