Ambient Comfort once again (this is our 3rd time using Ambient, previous 2 times were for HVAC replacement in two different houses) provided excellent high quality service at a reasonable price! Jose and Nick, the technicians expertly replaced our hot water heater, updated our gas valves and vent flue pipes, installed an expansion tank in a very tight space. Steve, service advisor, Kevin installation manager, Jackie in the office were all very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Ambient for restoring hot water to our home! We highly recommend Ambient for any HVAC and water heater needs!

Had a not so straightforward heater problem requiring 2 visits in the same day. John was super pleasant, professional, and did not get flustered with the complications that arised.
His patience and persistence after several hours in my home was much appreciated as was the final fixing and return of HEAT!!
