Richard L. came to do bi yearly maintenance on my mini split system. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything he did and asked many times if we had any questions. Highly recommend this employee and this company.

Anthony from AMBIENT was very pleasant to work with and was forthright in explaining which parts needed to be replaced and why. He even took pictures of the damaged parts as a record for their need to be replaced. Great job! Thank you, Anthony!
