Arrived home Saturday from 2 week vacation. Had to awaken at 4 a.m. to leave and arrived home at noon to find broken furnace and house at 52 degrees. As you may imagine we weren't especially alert to try to get it fixed! Called Ambient and helpful CS agent James connected us with emergency service. Less than 2 hours later technician Iggy arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem, all with a smile. Within 3 hours it was nice and toasty in our house. Thanks to Iggy and Ambient for responding promptly to our emergency.
