The heatwave at the beginning of the summer and a slow cooling system were no challenge for the guys at ambient comfort! They communicate well, skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent service that I would recommend to all my friends
Zak, our service tech Took the time to tell us exactly what the problem was with our AC system and explained to us exactly what he did to get our unit up and running again. I would use Ambient **** services again and will recommend them to friends and family.
Tyler and another workman came out to service and to check on an issue that we were having with our exterior AC unit. He was prompt, polite and he gave a thorough explanation of what they had done and what they believed to be our issue. This is our second time using Ambient Comfort and we would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you again for the great service! Beth K.
Great customer service, the purchasing process all the way to the installation was fast and went smoothy. No complaints actually my kids are complaining its now to cold in the house :)

Service guy Tyler came out week ago. Best guy they sent to Service my new system by far. I highly recommend you ask for him.
Truly a great experience from beginning to end. I spoke with Christine who answered a few questions and when we were ready to schedule service, Dave was just as friendly. Tyler and crew were awesome! They were punctual, very informative and helpful. I will definitely be using Ambient Comfort for any future needs and make sure I share their number with anyone who needs HVAC services.
