First time customer of Ambient Comfort. We shopped around at several area heating/air services for a complete conversion from oil to natural gas. We decided to use Ambient Comfort for several reasons. Representatives were prompt, professional, educated and customer service oriented. The pricing was fair and they picked up the phone every single time we reached out.
Iggy Toney was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough and took the time to explain what/why he was troubleshooting as well as relaying to us the parts in our heating schematic. He took time to answer all my questions, advised what normal PSI range should be and ultimately & most importantly, fixed our heating issue. Can't recommend him high enough!
