Our Tech Richard was EXTREMELY POLITE & PROFESSIONAL the entire time he was here servicing BOTH our Goodman GMVC95 Heating Units and also Flushing our Rinnai Tankless Hot Water System RU98i. During the entire time Richard was in my home, he always made sure I knew what he was doing and when he needed something from outside in his Van, he explained where he was going and what he would be doing next…! Each and every time he entered our home, he put those blue cloth shoe protectors on, so NOT to dirty or damage our floors…! I wish ALL our servicemen were as conscientious and as polite and even informative as Rich.! He's welcomed in my home any time…!
